Introduction & Agreement

One Account Per Person
Each individual is permitted to hold only one Gaming 888 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If Gaming 888 identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts belonging to the same individual will be closed, any bonus funds will be voided, and pending withdrawals may be held pending investigation.
Accurate Information

Account Security

Account Rules

Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and ensure payment integrity. Gaming 888 reserves the right to request verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly a player's first withdrawal or withdrawals exceeding Rs 50,000.
Deposit Ownership
All funds deposited to Gaming 888 must belong to the registered account holder. Third-party deposits — including deposits made using a payment method registered to another individual — are prohibited. Gaming 888 will refund third-party deposits and may close the associated account.
Failed Transactions
Gaming 888 is not responsible for any delays, failed transactions, or charges imposed by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or card issuer. If a deposit fails to credit to your Gaming 888 account within one hour, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

The following rules apply to all sports and event betting conducted through the Gaming 888 sportsbook:
Bet Acceptance
All bets are subject to acceptance by Gaming 888. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation reference in your My Bets history. Gaming 888 reserves the right to decline, void, or limit any bet at our discretion, including bets placed during technical errors, odds display errors, or abnormal market conditions.
Odds Errors
If a bet is accepted at obviously incorrect odds — for example, pricing a strong favourite at 50.0 due to a technical error — Gaming 888 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's wallet. What constitutes an "obviously incorrect" price is determined at Gaming 888's discretion based on market comparison at the time.
Match Postponement & Abandonment
If a sporting event is postponed before commencement, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned. If an event is abandoned after commencement but before a result is possible, bets are settled according to Gaming 888's specific sport-by-sport settlement rules, which are available in the Sportsbook Rules section of the platform.
Maximum Winnings
The maximum payout on any single bet or accumulator at Gaming 888 is Rs 1,00,00,000 (Rs 1 crore). Gaming 888 reserves the right to limit individual bet stakes on specific markets at our discretion. High-value bets may be subject to manual review before acceptance.
In-Play Betting
All in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and platform capability at the time of placement. Gaming 888 may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, including during key match events (goals, wickets, red cards, DRS reviews). Bets submitted during a market suspension will be declined and the stake returned.
Cash-Out
The cash-out feature is available on eligible markets at Gaming 888's discretion. Cash-out values update in real time and reflect current market conditions. Gaming 888 reserves the right to suspend or withdraw the cash-out feature on any market at any time. A cash-out request is not guaranteed until confirmed in the player's bet history.
Casino & Games
The following terms apply to all casino-style games available on the Gaming 888 platform, including but not limited to slots, table games, live dealer games, crash games, and poker.
All casino games at Gaming 888 use certified random number generation (RNG) technology that is independently audited on a regular basis. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual slot and table games are displayed within each game interface. These percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and are not guarantees of return on any individual session.
Live dealer games are streamed from certified studio environments. Gaming 888 is not responsible for third-party studio downtime, streaming interruptions, or dealer errors that result in incomplete rounds. In the event of a disconnection during a live dealer game, Gaming 888 will apply its standard disconnection policy, which typically completes the round based on the game state at the time of disconnection using the platform's recorded data.

Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits at Gaming 888 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion on the Promotions page. The following general bonus terms apply to all Gaming 888 promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:
Welcome Bonus — 100% up to Rs 20,000
The welcome bonus is available to new Gaming 888 registrations only, on their first qualifying deposit of Rs 500 or more. The bonus is credited at 100% of the deposit amount, up to Rs 20,000. The bonus and any winnings generated from it carry a wagering requirement of 10x the combined bonus and deposit amount before a withdrawal can be processed. Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited or the bonus will expire and be removed from the account.
Cricket Cashback — 10% Weekly
The weekly cricket cashback returns 10% of net cricket betting losses incurred between Monday 00:00 and Sunday 23:59 PKT. Cashback is calculated on net losses only — wins offset losses within the same period. The cashback is paid as real cash (not bonus funds) with no wagering requirement, credited by 10:00 AM PKT each Monday. There is no cap on the weekly cashback amount.
Accumulator Insurance
Accumulator Insurance applies to football accumulators of five or more legs where each selection carries minimum odds of 1.40. If exactly one selection loses, the original stake is returned as a free bet valid for 7 days. The free bet must be used on bets with minimum odds of 1.50. The promotion must be opted into before the accumulator is placed.
Bonus Abuse Policy
Gaming 888 monitors all bonus usage for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, using strategies that exploit bonus terms, placing offsetting bets to artificially meet wagering requirements, and using third-party software to automate bonus harvesting. Confirmed bonus abuse will result in voiding of bonus funds and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited at Gaming 888. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to account suspension, fund seizure, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
Match Fixing & Insider Betting
Placing bets using information not available to the general public, or in connection with any arrangement to influence the outcome of a sporting event.
Fraudulent Deposits
Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds into a Gaming 888 account.
Automated Betting Software
Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, exploit odds, or interact with the Gaming 888 platform in an unauthorised way.
Collusion

Money Laundering

Technical Exploitation
Intentionally exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the Gaming 888 platform for financial gain. Players who identify technical errors are required to report them to Gaming 888 support.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

Gaming 888's total liability to any individual player, in connection with their use of the platform, shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

Deposit & Loss Limits
Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and loss limits from the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
Cooling-Off Periods
Players may request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the account is inaccessible for deposits, betting, and gaming. Cooling-off periods take effect immediately and cannot be reversed before the selected period expires.
Self-Exclusion
Players who believe they have a problem with gambling may request permanent self-exclusion through Gaming 888 support. Self-exclusion results in permanent account closure. Gaming 888 will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from re-registering and will work with relevant third-party exclusion schemes where available.
Age Verification
Gaming 888 employs age verification checks at registration and may request documentation to confirm player age at any time. Players who cannot provide satisfactory proof of age will have their accounts suspended and any funds held pending verification.

- Discovery that the registered account holder is under 18 years of age
- Registration or continued use during an active self-exclusion period
- Duplicate account creation
- Confirmed use of prohibited software or exploitation of technical vulnerabilities
In cases of account suspension or closure, Gaming 888 will communicate the reason to the registered email address where legally permissible to do so. Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, any bonus funds will be voided. Real-money funds will be returned to the player's payment source following investigation, provided there is no evidence of fraud or regulatory non-compliance.
Amendments to These Terms
